• Lead day-to-day execution of M&A and strategic advisory mandates across power, renewables, and related infrastructure sectors
• Manage transaction workstreams, including valuation, financial modeling, marketing materials, due diligence, and negotiations
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, counterparties, and external advisors throughout live processes
• Develop transaction ideas, sector insights, and materials that support new business and deepen client relationships
• Evaluate companies, platforms, and asset portfolios across conventional and renewable power generation, storage, and adjacent infrastructure
• Supervise and develop Associates and Analysts, setting a high standard for analysis, materials, and execution

Arco is working with a leading independent investment banking advisory firm interested in meeting exceptional bankers with power and renewables experience. The team advises companies, financial sponsors, and investors on M&A, capital raising, and strategic transactions across power generation, renewable energy, energy storage, and related infrastructure.

About the opportunity

This is an opportunity for a Vice President to take a leading role in transaction execution and client development within an established advisory platform. The successful candidate will bring strong M&A judgment, the ability to manage complex processes, and the confidence to work closely with senior bankers and clients.

The role focuses on investment banking advisory, with an emphasis on M&A and strategic transactions across the evolving power and renewables landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of M&A and strategic advisory mandates across power, renewables, and related infrastructure sectors
• Manage transaction workstreams, including valuation, financial modeling, marketing materials, due diligence, and negotiations

Skills and experience

• Investment banking experience at the Senior Associate or Vice President level, with meaningful exposure to power, utilities, renewables, or related energy infrastructure
• A strong M&A execution background and the ability to run multiple workstreams with limited oversight
• Strong valuation and financial modeling skills, paired with commercial judgment and clear communication
• Experience working directly with senior bankers, clients, and external advisors
• An interest in building a long-term career in power and renewables advisory

Candidates from independent advisory firms, sector-focused boutiques, and investment banking teams within larger institutions are encouraged to apply. Broader energy and infrastructure bankers with relevant power or renewables transaction experience will also be considered. Experience should include M&A or strategic advisory execution beyond project finance lending or underwriting.
