Job summary

State Street in Boston is seeking a VP-level professional to lead Portfolio Finance – Execution. You will partner with executive leaders across Markets to drive strategy, growth, profitability, and market expansion.

You will oversee quarterly and annual financial planning with the Markets CFO and Investor Relations, and empower trading with portfolio analytics and scenario analysis. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Financial Services or Management Consulting.
• Comfortable with modern data management tools such as Databricks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to the Execution business owners, working closely with executive leaders and supporting functions to drive strategy, growth, profitability and market expansion
• Develop a deep understanding of business drivers, including revenue, expense & balance sheet attributions
• Oversee quarterly and annual financial planning in collaboration with Markets CFO and Investor Relations
• Empower Client Management and Trading with portfolio analytics, scenario analysis and optimization tools in collaboration with Portfolio Finance quantitative leads
• Create in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges
