Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial credit and portfolio administration management and underwriting/analysis.
• Ability to drive process improvements and develop procedures.
• Strong leadership to influence and build relationships.
• Broad knowledge of commercial banking products and documentation.
• Understanding of credit compliance and related policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Commercial Credit Analysts and Administrative Portfolio Managers.
• Coach and develop staff to raise underwriting quality.
• Oversee underwriting of new credits and modifications.
• Track and report financial statements, covenant tests, annual reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Improve portfolio workflow in collaboration with relationship managers and team leaders.
