You will translate business needs into scalable capabilities, partner across OCIO, NYLIM, Risk and Compliance, and guide AI-enabled, agentic investments while maintaining transparency and controls.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in technology and leadership.
• Experience owning end-to-end technology domains in large enterprises.
• Strong collaboration with risk, compliance, and governance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technology strategy and roadmap for Portfolio Construction & Markets.
• Translate investment needs into scalable, reusable tech capabilities.
• Enable continuous assessment of portfolios as market conditions evolve.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Product Owners, Engineers, and risk partners.
