Job summary

New York Life seeks a Corporate Vice President, Client & Distribution Technology to lead senior-level technology strategy across client reporting, distribution workflows, and investment-content platforms. The role focuses on governance, automation, and AI-enabled enhancements while ensuring regulatory compliance and scale across NYLIM and OCIO functions.

You will partner with Legal, Compliance and Risk to embed controls, drive measurable outcomes, and build scalable enterprise capabilities

Qualifications

15+ years of progressively responsible experience in technology, software engineering, solution delivery, or digital transformation.
Proven experience owning end-to-end technology capabilities or major transformation domains.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end technology strategy and roadmap for client reporting, institutional distribution, RFP/DDQ workflows, investment content, and related client-service capabilities.
Reimagine manual and fragmented workflows into continuously available, governed and personalized capabilities.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk and AI governance to embed controls from inception.
