Job summary
New York Life seeks a Corporate Vice President, Planning & Projections Technology, to lead the technology capability for enterprise planning and forecasting within the EPP transformation. You will own strategy, roadmap, data, AI, and integration across Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders.
You will build high-performing teams, mentor engineers, partner with cross-functional leaders, and drive secure, scalable delivery with measurable outcomes that underpin enterprise performance goals
Qualifications
- 15+ years of technology leadership experience in large enterprises.
- Proven experience owning end-to-end technology capabilities from strategy through architecture, engineering, implementation, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong executive communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
- Deep knowledge of generative AI, agentic technologies, and AI-enabled engineering applied to enterprise workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own the domain technology strategy and roadmap for enterprise planning, forecasting, projections, and workflow integration.
- Lead multidisciplinary outcome teams and coordinate engineers, federated resources, and partners.
- Ensure Planning & Projections integrates with Financial Modeling, Performance Management, and NEXUS.
- Maintain high standards for engineering quality, scalability, resiliency, production readiness, and security.
- Promote responsible AI, governance, observability, and cross-functional collaboration.
