Job summary

Indiana University Health seeks a seasoned executive to lead Population Health, translating enterprise priorities into strategy and action across value-based and performance-driven care initiatives.

The Vice President, Population Health will shape clinical programs, care management, and quality improvements, leveraging analytics and partnerships with physicians and operational teams to drive measurable outcomes in care delivery and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Board Certification is required.
• Master's Degree in Business, Public Health, or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of executive or 10+ years of management-level experience in managed care.
• Physician license in Indiana or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience in management, financial, and medical expense management.
• Vendor management experience preferred.
