BNY is seeking a Vice President, POM Product Owner in Pittsburgh, PA to translate business needs into clear requirements and maintain a prioritized backlog. You’ll lead with strategic vision, work closely with Operations and Engineering, and ensure alignment across the product team.

AI-driven insights will shape decision making and documentation. Ideal candidates bring 6–8+ years in product ownership, strong agile experience, and a track record of launching products in financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 6-8+ years of product owner experience managing roadmaps in a matrixed environment.
• Experience using AI tools to support analysis and decision-making.
• Experience writing business/functional requirements and user stories with acceptance criteria.

Responsabilités

• Translate objectives into well-defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize backlog; influence product direction.
• Collaborate with product managers, Operations, Engineering and stakeholders to align strategy.
• Own operating model and communications end-to-end.
