Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of product strategies for client requests and product initiatives, translating business needs into clear product direction, priorities, and outcomes.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand objectives, opportunities, and user needs, and develop compelling product narratives that define the who, what, and why of proposed solutions.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Operations, Controls, and other functions to drive delivery while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Analyze client feedback, market trends, and opportunities to identify solutions that enhance product offerings and support growth.
• Define and document business, functional, and operational requirements, including risks, dependencies, control considerations, and downstream impacts.
