Job summary

VGW USA is seeking a VP of Player Engagement to lead its global Customer Engagement team. You will own the full player lifecycle strategy across VGW's brands, driving sustainable, profitable growth while aligning with revenue goals and brand strategy.

Partner with Product, Data Science, and Brand GMs to optimize monetization levers, live events, and channel performance, while upholding responsible gaming and player trust through enterprise leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• 10-15 years of leadership in Marketing, Business Development or Account Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated monetization and retention strategy across the player lifecycle.
• Unite CRM and Live Operations into a single engagement engine.
• Lead a global team and ensure compliance and responsible play.
