Job summary

Kaufman Rossin is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Information Technology team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will help shape the KR application portfolio by delivering features, modernizing legacy services, reducing technical debt, and standardizing tools.

You will collaborate with global teams including Bengaluru to define robust architectures. You will build production features with Python, FastAPI, React/TS, and Rust, contribute to AI workflows, and drive high-quality engineering

Qualifications

• 5+ years production software development experience.
• Strong Python with FastAPI, async patterns, and pytest.
• Strong TypeScript/React experience; component design and React Query.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production features across WES API/UI and related services.
• Develop AI workflows and integration with Azure AI tools.
• Contribute to Rust-based services and migrating to Python/Rust/React standards.
• Mentor teammates and document architecture decisions.
