Job summary

Ingram Content Group seeks an executive-level technology leader to drive strategy across software, data, and AI teams in a global content distribution context. You will own platform roadmaps, oversee architecture, and partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Strong execution, governance, and people leadership are essential. Ideal candidate has 10+ years in technical leadership, hands-on coding in multiple languages, and experience with SaaS, BI/ML, and modern data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
10+ years in technical leadership roles managing diverse engineering teams.
8+ years hands-on coding in C++, Java, C#, Ruby, Python, or Angular/Bootstrap.
8+ years with SOA, integration, big data management including MDM.
5+ years SaaS product experience including product and engineering.
5+ years BI, data visualization, ML, and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

Establishes and maintains the technical strategy and architecture for expanding business demands.
Owns engineering culture, tooling, productivity metrics, and talent practices.
Develops investment cases translating engineering strategy into ROI and risk terms.
Monitors AI/ML, cloud, and industry trends to inform roadmaps and speed.
Oversees portfolio delivery with disciplined processes and accountable teams.
Sets engineering standards and leads external partnerships and vendor reviews.
Leads recruitment and retention of high-performing engineers; contributes to senior leadership.
Leads data-platform engineering, data mesh concepts, and data products in production.
