Job summary

Ingram Content Group seeks an executive technology leader to drive product, architecture, data, and AI across engineering teams. You will translate strategy into business value, align the portfolio, and deliver high-uptime platforms with measurable impact.

You will partner with senior leaders to define roadmaps, build an elite team, and continuously improve software delivery and operations in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10 years of experience in a technical leadership role managing diverse engineering teams in a matrix organization.
• 8 years of hands-on coding in at least 2 of these languages: C++, Java, C#, Ruby, Angular, Bootstrap, Python.
• 8 years of experience with SOA, integration, big data management including MDM.
• 5 years of experience with SaaS based products, including product and engineering experience.
• 5 years of experience with BI, Data Visualization, Machine Learning, Predictive/Prescriptive Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains the technical strategy and application architecture to meet business demands.
• Owns and advances the engineering culture, including developer experience and productivity metrics.
• Develops and presents technology investment cases to executives with ROI and risk terms.
• Monitors AI/ML, cloud trends and integrates into the engineering roadmap with speed.
• Owns operational excellence and on-time delivery of applications portfolio.
• Sets engineering standards for architecture, quality and delivery.
