Qualifications

• Experience applying AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to real workflows.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, document workflows, and partner with technical teams.
• Experience delivering training or enablement programs is preferred.
• Certifications in project management or AI/automation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Uncover experiences and build requirements to automate workflows.
• Identify and prioritize AI/automation use cases across the delivery lifecycle.
• Document current-state workflows and define target-state designs.
• Translate business needs into BRDs for AI teams to build against.
• Work with AI team from concept through deployment and scale.
