Alpha Executive Search is seeking a Plant Engineer for a Central Texas facility to oversee equipment operation, maintenance, and ongoing improvements. You will manage projects that enhance efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance while guiding maintenance teams on the shop floor.

The role requires 3–5 years in plant engineering within food manufacturing, with strong skills in mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems and proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of plant engineering experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Regular exposure to plant floor conditions including noise, heat, and cold.
