• 10+ years of manufacturing and engineering senior management experience.

• Experience managing annual capex budgets between $40M and $50M.
• Background in process/quality engineering and new product development.
• Strong written and verbal leadership and communication skills.
• Aptitude for working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

• Manage a team of Engineers and engineering support personnel across the US and Canada.
• Direct and plan all aspects of engineering activities and projects within the division.
• Ensure the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet the current and future need of the company.

MUST HAVE:

• 10+ years Manufacturing, Engineering senior management experience
• Multi-plant leadership engineering experience (5+ plants and 20+ reports)
• Experience leading large ($15M+) capital projects
• Experience managing entire capital expenditure budgets between $40M and $50M annually
• Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, and New Product Development experience
• Excellent written and verbal leadership skills and qualities
• Strong manufacturing equipment aptitude
