Qualifications
- The candidate must have a PharmD or a Bachelor in Pharmacy with relevant experience.
- 7+ years in high-volume distribution, warehousing, 3PL, or mail-order operations.
- 3+ years in multi-site operational leadership, preferably in healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Direct multi-site leadership of Hebron, KY and remote sites in OH and AZ.
- Oversee mail-order and closed-door operations, optimizing fulfillment and inventory.
- Coordinate hub programs, patient support, and 3PL partnerships for logistics.
- Ensure compliance with Board of Pharmacy, FDA, and DEA regulations.
- Manage budgets, labor planning, and KPI tracking across facilities.
- Travel quarterly to inspect remote operations.
