Job summary

Aon is hiring an AVP/VP Delivery to lead pharmacy consulting engagements for employers across pharmacy solutions, including coalition products, focusing on sales growth, client service delivery, and strategic guidance.

The role requires 5+ years of pharmacy benefit experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to run projects and RFPs with client-facing responsibilities across teams. Base salary range and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Pharmacy benefit experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral presentation skills.
• Ability to manage expectations and understand all levels.
• Ability to run projects independently.
• Experience running RFPs and Contracts negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Consulting for Employer RFPs, Directorship consulting, and Coalition consulting.
• Oversight and Management, Market Checks, ad hoc work.
• Lead for the sale and support of a product/services: Audits, PBM Selection Activities, Coalition Opportunities, Market Checks, Implementation Services, etc.
• Client-facing interaction with PBM leadership teams and project management.
• Provide clinical guidance and cost containment strategies.
