Job summary

Howden, a global insurance group, seeks an AVP, Pharmacy to advise employer clients on PBM strategy, plan design, and cost management. You will lead PBM market checks, procurements, RFPs, and contract reviews while guiding the Pharmacy Analytics practice for Howden's middle market teams.

The role requires 7+ years in pharmacy consulting, advanced modeling, and strong presentation skills. Occasional travel and hybrid/work arrangements are expected to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pharmacy consulting or PBM roles.
• Expertise in PBM pricing, rebates, and contract reviews.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel proficiency.
• Strong communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead PBM market checks, renewals, and RFP processes.
• Oversee Pharmacy Analytics practice operations and deliverables.
