Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a Vice President to lead Pet Partners and Digital Experience, driving strategic solutions and expanding the pet market portfolio for the CareCredit platform.

You will lead partnerships with pet software and ecommerce partners, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with Pet leadership, Marketing, Ventures, and Strategy to build a robust pipeline of integrations and new product opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare or business, with 10+ years in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem leadership.
• Alternative option: high school diploma/GED with 13+ years in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization and partnerships with ISV and digital partners; drive revenue growth.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, obtain approvals, and own growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Pet leadership, HW ISV, Business Development, Ventures and Strategy to build pipeline of software integrations and ecommerce partnerships.
• Track KPIs and report progress to executives; support enterprise-wide growth initiatives.
