Job summary

Synchrony seeks a VP - Pet Partners and Digital Experience to propel Health and Wellness growth by forging strategic partnerships with pet software and eCommerce partners. The role will coordinate with CareCredit’s pet insurance partnerships to expand go-to-market opportunities across multiple companies.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, drive pipeline development, and track KPIs to deliver measurable partner-led growth in the pet vertical.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with experience in strategic partnerships or ecosystem leadership.
• Demonstrated collaboration, project management, problem-solving, quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• Understanding of payments and B2B practice workflow tools; experience with integrations driving distribution.
• Ability to source, evaluate, and negotiate complex partnership agreements, including commercial terms.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercialization by leading relationships with key ISV and digital partners.
• Source and negotiate partnership agreements with pet software and eCommerce partners; drive growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to build pipeline of software integrations and partnerships; provide SME input for ISV workflows.
