Description

Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is seeking a data-driven, strategic VP of Performance Marketing to lead our digital growth efforts. This role will be responsible for customer acquisition, website and content performance, and marketing analytics. You will oversee a high-leverage team—including our Director of Content and Marketing Analytics Manager—and manage agency partnerships to drive results at scale.

This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Preferred Location

This role is remote and home-office based, with consideration for candidates located in the continental United States.

Travel Requirements

Expected travel is approximately 10% for this role.

Essential Functions

  • Lead digital acquisition across channels such as paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO, affiliate, and retargeting.
  • Own website performance, including driving conversion strategies and CRO across company websites and landing pages, primarily Construction.com.
  • Coordinate with engineering and external partners to implement website enhancements and technical changes.
  • Oversee content performance, collaborating with the Director of Content to ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and drives pipeline impact.
  • Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies using tools like SEMrush, Moz, and Google Analytics.
  • Partner with the Marketing Analytics Manager to develop dashboards, track KPIs, and deliver insights.
  • Manage agency relationships, ensuring external partners meet performance benchmarks.
  • Forecast, budget, and report on digital performance metrics and spend.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to align strategies and drive demand and conversions.
  • Work with RevOps to refine lead prioritization logic.

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.

Required Experience, Knowledge, and Skills

  • 10+ years of marketing experience with expertise in performance and growth marketing.
  • Proven leadership in managing multi-channel campaigns and full-funnel optimization.
  • Experience managing high-performing teams in content, analytics, and digital marketing.
  • Strong command of SEO/SEM, analytics, attribution modeling, and A/B testing.
  • Proficiency with tools like SEMrush, Moz, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Tableau/Looker.
  • Track record of scaling digital programs that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, with a strong executive presence.

Salary Range

$180,000 - $220,000

This range reflects the expected salary for this role; final offers depend on experience, location, and other factors. Our compensation package includes a competitive salary, benefits, and potentially uncapped commissions or bonuses.

This role requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. A background check will be conducted after a conditional offer is made.
