Essential Functions

  1. Lead digital acquisition across all channels: paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO, affiliate, and retargeting.
  2. Own website performance: Drive conversion strategy and CRO across company-managed websites and landing pages, including primary ownership of Construction.com.
  3. Act as the key liaison with internal engineering and/or external development partners to scope, prioritize, and implement website enhancements or technical changes.
  4. Oversee content performance: Collaborate with the Director of Content to ensure content drives pipeline impact and aligns with SEO best practices.
  5. Drive SEO/SEM strategy and execution: Use tools like SEMrush, Moz, and Google Analytics to optimize visibility and efficiency.
  6. Lead marketing analytics: Partner with the Marketing Analytics Manager to develop dashboards, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights.
  7. Manage agency relationships: Oversee performance agency oversight and ensure external partners meet benchmarks.
  8. Forecast, budget, and report: Own planning and accountability for digital performance metrics and spend.
  9. Collaborate cross-functionally: Align with Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to drive demand and conversion.
  10. Partner with RevOps to define and refine lead prioritization logic.
