Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Executive-level partnership with senior leaders and risk balancing.
• Experience leading organization design, workforce planning and talent initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or SHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership: advise divisional leadership on people priorities.
• Organization Design & Strategy: lead design and workforce planning aligned to goals.
• Employee Relations: manage complex employee relations and performance matters.
• Talent & Succession: strengthen succession pipelines and talent development.
• Leadership Advisory: advise on team effectiveness and organizational health.
• Enterprise Partnership: align divisional needs with enterprise programs and policies.
