Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a VP, People Solutions to lead the HR business partner organization serving 970+ locations. The role focuses on talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning across a multi-state network.

You will partner with senior leadership to build scalable HR programs, drive change management, and ensure alignment of policies, compensation, and leadership development across clinical and non-clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Demonstrated success advising C-suite and executive leadership.
• Experience leading HR business partner organizations across multi-site environments.
• Experience with enterprise HCM and talent platforms (Dayforce, Workday, Culture Amp).

Responsibilities

• Own the HR business partner organization supporting 970+ locations across 43 states and home office functions.
• Establish operating rhythm between HR and business leadership and workforce planning.
• Advise leadership on organizational structure, role design, and talent planning.
• Lead onboarding for new hospitals and integration of acquisitions onto Mission systems, policies, and benefits.
• Own enterprise talent management including performance, calibration, succession, and career paths.
