• Manage venture development, portfolio performance, and commercialization pathways.
• Oversee contracting, governance, and regulatory diligence with Legal and Compliance.
• Coordinate with Finance to define value creation and funding strategies.
• Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team across functions.
