Job summary

Ingenovis Health seeks a senior executive to lead Payroll & Billing, directing payroll processing and AR across brands. You will drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalable service delivery while aligning with enterprise priorities and governance across Bullhorn, ADP, and Workday.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in payroll/AR leadership within staffing or healthcare, with a degree in business, accounting, or finance. MBA/CPA/CPP preferred and strong cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of progressive payroll, AR, and/or shared services leadership experience.
• Staffing/healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading multi-brand, multi-location shared services operations.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA, CPA, CPP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for payroll and billing operations across brands and locations.
• Drive transformation and process optimization within ERP systems (Bullhorn, ADP, Workday).
• Establish and monitor KPIs, governance, and internal controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Brand Leaders, Recruiting, Sales, HR, IT, Finance and Marketing.
• Lead readiness for M&A, new brand initiatives, and system transitions.
• Manage relationships with external payroll providers, clients, vendors, and regulators.
