Job summary

Centria is seeking a Vice President of Payor Relations to lead the enterprise payor strategy across commercial and Medicaid lines. The role involves executive relationship management, contracting, and rate strategy to improve access and outcomes for Centria’s autism services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, public policy, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in payor relations, managed care, healthcare contracting, or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience, including management of senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Centria's enterprise payor strategy across commercial and Medicaid lines.
• Personally manage the commercial payor portfolio, including executive relationships and negotiations.
• Lead the Medicaid payor portfolio through the Area VP Payor Relations and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
• Build senior relationships with national, regional, and local payors and position Centria for access and outcomes.
• Monitor payor economics, denials, and reimbursement trends with Finance and Revenue Cycle.
• Represent Centria in payor meetings, regulatory discussions, and industry forums.
