Metro Vein Centers is seeking a Director of Payor Relations to own all payor relationships and contracts across a multi-state portfolio. This senior role drives negotiation, strategy, and regional performance with autonomy aligned to enterprise goals.

The ideal candidate brings deep managed care contracting experience, cross-functional leadership, and a track record of revenue growth in PE-backed, specialty healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MHA preferred.
• Experience in managed care contracting, payor relations, or revenue cycle across multi-state settings.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own regional payor relationships, contracts, negotiations, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead payor contract negotiations across commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid plans.
• Monitor payor performance, reimbursement trends, and policy changes; identify revenue opportunities.
• Develop regional payor strategy aligned with growth targets and net revenue goals.
• Lead cross-functional communication and standardization of payor requirements across markets.
