Job summary

Legacy Health in Portland, OR, seeks a visionary leader for the role of Vice President, Payor Strategy & Contracting. You will drive value-based contracting while ensuring financial integrity and contract viability across the system.

You will manage all payor contracts, including Commercial, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid, negotiating with major payors and representing Legacy in PacificSource/Legacy collaborations. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Master\'s degree in Health Care Management, Public Health or Business Administration required.
• Experience: Ten years\' experience in payor contracting; leadership for seven years; value-based contracting; negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop contract strategy and negotiate and administer fee-for-service and risk/incentive-based payor contracts for all Legacy Health divisions.
• Serve as Legacy\'s representative in all contracting discussions with PacificSource/Legacy relationships.
• Ensure financially viable and timely negotiation and execution of all payor contracts for Commercial, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid; binding authority as needed.
