Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Product Manager for Receivables Online to own end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to value realization. You will champion customer needs, guide successful launches, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable receivables solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related domain
• Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead lifecycle activities from discovery to value management
• Strong written and verbal communication and diplomacy to influence across teams
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
• Experience translating client requirements into actionable product enhancements
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs for engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Establish themselves as a subject matter expert Receivables Solutions
• Develops a product strategy and vision delivering value
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions
• Owns and develops product backlog aligned to strategic roadmap
• Tracks key success metrics: cost, features, risk, reliability
• Oversees complex client onboarding and inquiries
• Coordinate communications about product updates and documentation
• Oversee agile development: sprint planning, backlog grooming, releases
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Implementations, Sales, Service for alignment
