Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Chicago seeks a Product Manager to lead end-to-end product life cycles in the Americas Account Solutions Team. You will voice the customer, shape profitable offerings, and guide launches with a focus on scalability and client value.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive adoption, measure success, and ensure robust risk management while delivering high-quality results for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent in product management or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to mine and interpret data.
• Proven track record leading large-scale initiatives end-to-end in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to partner across Sales, Operations, Client Service, Onboarding, Technology, and Controls.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the roadmap.
• Owns and maintains a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Creates frameworks and tracks key metrics such as cost, features, risk, and reliability.
• Leads launches of enhancements, value-added services, and adjacent products from discovery to commercialization.
• Collaborates with Risk, Controls, Legal & Compliance to ensure a robust risk and controls environment.
• Provides product subject matter expertise to partners and clients.
