Qualifications

• Expertise in Payments across verticals including Merchant acquiring and payment processing.
• Experience creating partnerships and managing relationships delivering business value.
• Requires basic API knowledge.
• Understanding consumer journeys across verticals and translating to product strategy.
• Strong ability to execute operational management and change readiness.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, and performance reporting.
• Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers customer value.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate into the roadmap.
• Owns and maintains a product backlog aligned with strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds framework and tracks key metrics like cost, features, risk, and reliability.
• Develops and maintains go-to-market materials such as sell sheets, FAQs, and training materials.
• Designs product and sales campaigns that address customer needs and delivery milestones.
• Executes Omnichannel Partnership strategy aligned with product/vertical strategy.
• Leads change management across partners ensuring risk, controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Manages timelines and dependencies, escalates blockers, and coordinates resources.
