Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Vice President Payments Product Manager in Dallas to lead end-to-end payments product strategies, roadmaps, and commercialization. The role requires deep knowledge of corporate payments, rails, and global regulatory considerations, with leadership across global teams and client-facing engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in payments related role.
• 5+ years as payments product manager or development lead.
• Experience implementing payment rails (e.g. CHIPS, Fedwire, Target2).
• Detailed knowledge of payment rails (e.g. SWIFT, Fedwire, ACH, SEPA, BACS, Target2).
• Proven track record delivering initiatives on-time while balancing outcomes, business needs, feasibility and risk.
• Able to partner with operations and engineering to deliver best-in-class solutions.
• End-to-end product ownership from ideation to commercialization in a diverse global team.
• Client-facing experience translating needs into actionable solutions and working with Sales.
• Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills; familiarity with JIRA/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product ownership of payments products from concept to post-launch optimization.
• Serve as global subject matter expert in payment rails and cross-border solutions.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Servicing to deliver cloud-powered payment products.
• Translate market opportunities into advanced digital solutions and roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional, multi-stakeholder programs with focus on deadlines and quality.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and define product KPIs.
