Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of settlements experience in FX, derivatives, or payments operations.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume payment processing tasks, validating global currency fund transfers.
• Process payments for FX products and verification, with detailed research and exception review.
• Identify and resolve procedural or operational issues to mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients across locations to drive outcomes.
• Detect and prevent payment errors to safeguard the institution.
• Contribute to process optimization initiatives to improve quality and customer experience.
• Coach and mentor team members to meet service standards.
• Interface with other operations departments to resolve inquiries and escalated matters.
• Apply AI, market knowledge, and innovation to improve payment lifecycles.
