• Strategic Planning - Participate in development and implementation of the Patient Services Strategic Plan aligned with the Medical Center plan.
• Leadership - Provide vision and leadership, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and coach staff.
• Human Resource Management - Develop strategies for attracting, hiring, and retaining top performers; foster governance.
• Financial Management - Ensure accountability for budgets and cost effectiveness; optimize staffing resources.
• Performance Improvement/Safety - Advance patient and staff safety, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement.
• Regulatory Compliance - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
