Qualifications

• 15+ years of healthcare experience with direct Patient Access exposure.
• Proven track record in client pursuits, solution design, and revenue growth.
• Strong executive communication and consultative selling skills.
• Experience with health systems, IDNs, academic medical centers, or specialty providers.

Responsibilities

• Drive Patient Access pipeline, business development, and revenue growth.
• Lead client discovery and executive discussions across leaders.
• Design integrated people, process, technology, AI, analytics, and governance solutions.
• Support proposals, RFPs, pricing, and deal closure.
• Provide expertise across scheduling, registration, referrals, eligibility, and access-center operations.
• Shape AI-enabled solutions using CCaaS, conversational AI, automation, analytics, and EHR-integrated workflows.
• Build Patient Access offerings, playbooks, solution assets, and market propositions.
• Partner across sales, operations, technology, analytics, and delivery teams.
• Support transition from sales to implementation and ensure commitments are executable.
