Job summary

Atlanta Housing seeks a seasoned executive to advance partnerships and development, securing seven- and eight-figure investments to support affordable housing and community initiatives.

This VP will design cross-sector fundraising campaigns, manage donor engagement, and build strategic alliances with civic leaders and corporate partners, while partnering with Resident Services to measure outcomes and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of fundraising, development, or corporate partnerships.
• Proven track record in seven- to eight-figure investments.
• Strong ties to Atlanta’s philanthropic and civic communities preferred.
• Experience accelerating public-private partnerships and housing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year fundraising strategies for capital, programs, and services.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward major gifts from diverse sources.
• Oversee grants, reporting, and compliance with funding requirements.
• Build high-level partnerships across corporate, philanthropic, nonprofit, and public sectors.
• Set KPIs and measure civic investment impact with leadership.
