Job summary

HackerOne seeks a Vice President of Partnership Sales to build and scale our partner-led revenue growth. You will lead a seven-person Channel Account Manager team and shape partner ecosystems with strategic resellers, technology alliances, and cloud marketplaces.

You will establish the strategy, operating model, and executive relationships needed to make partnerships a scalable growth channel, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Product to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership experience in information security or related field.
• Experience building or scaling channel and partnership sales programs.
• Successful track record launching and growing high-value partnerships.
• Experience leading high-performing sales or channel teams and setting strategy & metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the partnership sales strategy and revenue goals across the org.
• Lead and develop a team of Channel Account Managers across multiple focus areas.
• Redesign partnership processes with AI-native workflows to scale growth.
• Define data-driven metrics to evaluate partner productivity and pipeline contribution.
