Job summary

HackerOne is seeking a Vice President, Partnership Sales to build and scale our partnership sales strategy and accelerate partner-led revenue growth. You will lead a team of seven Channel Account Managers and shape how HackerOne identifies, develops, and grows partnerships with resellers, technology alliances, and cloud marketplaces.

You will establish strategy, operating model, and executive relationships to make partnerships a scalable growth channel.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership experience in information security or related market.
• Experience building, scaling, and managing channel/partnership programs.
• Track record of developing and growing strategic partnerships with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the partnership sales strategy and define revenue goals and execution plans.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Channel Account Managers.
• Redesign partnership processes with AI-native workflows to scale.
• Build executive relationships with resellers, technology partners, and cloud marketplaces.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Legal, Customer Success, and Product.
