Kinder's is seeking a Vice President, Packaging to lead the enterprise packaging strategy and capability. You will align packaging with product, brand and commercial goals across a fast-growing CPG company. This onsite role in Walnut Creek, CA offers hybrid work with four days in the office weekly.

The candidate will drive packaging engineering, supplier strategy, cost optimization, sustainability, quality and regulatory compliance while partnering with R&D, Innovation, Marketing, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in packaging-related technical field.
• 12+ years of progressive packaging experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading an enterprise packaging function with strategy and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise packaging strategy across the organization.
• Oversee packaging development from concept through commercialization.
• Partner with R&D, Marketing, Operations, Sourcing and Quality.
