Job summary

President Container Group seeks a Vice President, Packaging Development & Technical Services to lead the company’s senior technical packaging resources across sales, customer service, design, tooling, graphics, and manufacturing.

The role ensures packaging solutions are designed, engineered, and executed from concept through production, serving as the critical bridge between customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in corrugated packaging or related field with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of corrugated manufacturing, printing, graphics, and tooling."
• Ability to translate customer needs into manufacturable packaging solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Design Department and technical services.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, sales, design, tooling, and manufacturing.
• Drive continuous improvement of packaging design, graphics, tooling, and processes.
• Support manufacturing readiness and pre-production reviews for complex projects.
• Mentor and develop the design/technical teams for long-term growth.
