Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced OTC Derivatives professional to lead the operating model across Middle Office and Fund Accounting. You will collaborate with technology partners to design applications supporting diverse asset classes and drive client onboarding with sales and implementation teams.

The role requires deep OTC derivatives knowledge, strong analytical abilities, and hands-on Calypso experience to deliver efficient, accurate processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on OTC derivatives experience.
• In-depth OTC derivatives theory and practice across asset classes.
• Experience with Calypso or comparable applications.
• Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, VBA, Word, PowerPoint).
• Programming knowledge in Java, Python, or SQL is desirable.
• Structured problem-solving and task management.
• Client delivery and operations experience with a client-centric mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and enhancement of the OTC derivatives operating model across Middle Office and Fund Accounting businesses.
• Collaborate with technology partners to design and implement applications supporting diverse and expanding asset classes.
• Partner with sales and implementation teams to identify client requirements, support onboarding, and foster client relationships.
• Address complex inquiries, conduct discovery, and perform due diligence for bespoke client requests.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in OTC Derivatives and lead project teams on key initiatives.
• Identify process optimization opportunities to minimize exceptions and manual interventions, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
