Qualifications

• Five years of hands-on OTC derivatives experience.
• Deep knowledge of OTC derivatives theory and practice across asset classes.
• Experience with Calypso or similar application.
• Strong analytical, interpretive and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced computer skills: MS Office; coding in Java, Python or SQL desirable.
• Structured, logical approach to problems and tasks.
• Experience in client delivery and operations with a client-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead OTC derivatives operating model across Middle Office and Fund Accounting.
• Collaborate with technology to design apps supporting diverse asset classes.
• Identify client requirements with sales and implementation for onboarding.
• Tackle complex inquiries, conduct discovery, and due diligence for bespoke requests.
• Act as SME in OTC derivatives and drive key initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and reduce manual interventions.
