Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience within an engineering-led manufacturing environment.
  • Strong background in fabrication, production processes, and operational optimization.
  • Experience driving performance improvements across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical expertise, including familiarity with CAD and engineering systems.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance hands-on leadership and long-term planning.
  • Willingness to travel domestic and internationally on a regular basis (up to 50%).
