Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an Operations Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, on-time delivery, and budget adherence. You will oversee daily activities, mentor project teams, and drive continuous improvement aligned with company profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in operations management within construction, infrastructure, industrial services, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple projects, teams, and operational functions simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies, safety requirements, and quality control practices.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with estimating, project management, field operations, and executive leadership to support business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Identify operational risks and develop proactive solutions to mitigate project challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Support workforce planning, recruitment, and employee development initiatives.
  • Review operational performance data and prepare reports for senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • Assist with strategic planning, organizational growth initiatives, and operational scaling efforts.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, transparency, and operational excellence.

Operations Manager
