Job summary

Confluent Health is seeking a VP of Operational Accounting and Reporting to lead the month-end close, drive consistency across brands, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

This role focuses on developing the accounting team, pursuing automation and process improvements, and providing strategic leadership to support a growing healthcare platform. CPA required, 10+ years of leadership, Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• CPA is required for this leadership role.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience; public accounting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close process and establish timelines with cross-functional teams.
• Review ledger activity in NetSuite and update configurations as needed.
• Partner with FP&A, AP, HR, Operations, IT to resolve accounting issues.
• Develop and coach the accounting team across brands; identify process improvements.
