Concentra, Inc located in Addison, TX, is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee monthly close, financial reporting, and staff supervision for multiple medical locations and departments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and CPA license (preferred), with ~5 years of experience in full cycle close, reconciliations, and variance analysis. ERP experience (Oracle) and Hyperion skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university.
• Active CPA license is preferred.
• Typically 5 years of experience in full cycle month-end close, reconciliations, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close processes and financial reporting for multiple locations.
• Supervise 2–3 Senior Accountants and staff development.
• Provide financial analysis and support for operational strategies.
• Coordinate internal department accounting and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting controls and procedures.
• Support external audits and liaise with auditors.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and accrual accounting.
• Communicate with Corporate management at all levels.
