Prologis is seeking a VP, Operations - OnPrem Power & Mobility to scale one of the company’s most strategically important energy platforms. You will partner with the Global Head to drive execution, cross-functional alignment, and organizational effectiveness across OnPrem Power & Mobility.

The role leads a team of energy professionals, shapes governance, operating rhythms, and executive communications, and collaborates with real estate, energy, finance, legal, and partners to deliver onsite

Qualifications

• 10 years + experience shaping and executing strategic priorities for a business line, platform, or comparable operating models.
• 10 years + experience leading cross-functional programs with internal and external stakeholders.
• 5 years + experience serving as an operational partner to senior executive leaders.
• 5 years + experience managing teams or operators supporting time-sensitive, high-impact initiatives.
• Ability to build operating rhythms, governance processes, performance measures, and accountability mechanisms that support scale and speed.
• Ability to shape executive communications and leadership engagement that reinforce strategy and create alignment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior-level trusted thought partner to the Global Head of OnPrem Power & Mobility by prioritizing focus areas, structuring decisions, and driving follow-through.
• Partner with the OnPrem/Mobility Leadership Team and participate in the wider Energy Leadership Team to define and implement the most critical strategic priorities for the OnPrem business line.
• Represent the business unit and the Global Head of OnPrem Power & Mobility in executive forums, customer and partner engagements, internal stakeholder meetings, and cross-functional working groups.
• Lead execution of top priorities in collaboration with real estate, energy, operations, finance, legal, and other internal partners, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders to remove friction and deliver impact.
• Manage a team of energy professionals supporting time-sensitive, high-impact energy projects, while partnering with finance and commercial leaders to shape commercial structures, business models, and guardrails for emerging products and services.
• Own the operating rhythm for the business, including staff meetings, strategic reviews, quarterly planning, goal setting, KPI measurement, and visibility into execution against critical business priorities.
• Drive clarity around the evolving OnPrem Power organization structure, reporting lines, operating model, decision-making authority, governance processes, controls, team onboarding, and cross-functional integration with solar/storage, sustainability, strategic capital, data centers, and key real estate business lines.
• Shape executive communications, leadership engagement, team rituals, communication norms, and collaboration models that reinforce strategy, create alignment, and support the OnPrem Power culture.

Prologis OnPrem Power is seeking a VP, Operations - OnPrem Power & Mobility to partner with the Global Head of OnPrem Power & Mobility in scaling one of the company’s most strategically important business lines. This role serves as a senior operational and strategic right hand, driving execution, cross-functional alignment, and organizational effectiveness across the OnPrem Power & Mobility platform. As demand accelerates for resilient, localized energy infrastructure, this role will shape the strategic development of the OnPrem Power and Mobility business and turn vision into growth-based results and outcomes. The VP will work closely with the OnPrem/Mobility Leadership Team, the wider Energy Leadership Team, executive stakeholders, customers, partners, and internal functions including real estate, energy, operations, finance, and legal, to ensure Prologis is able to meet its customers access to power and electrification needs through the delivery of onsite energy infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Experience developing KPI systems for measures such as MW installed, customer contracts signed, deployment velocity, and status against leading indicators and targets.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.

Hiring Salary Range of: $232,000 - $290,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target & LTI) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
