RWJBarnabas Health's Newark Beth Israel Medical Center seeks an Assistant Vice President of Oncology Services to lead cancer programs across Medical, Radiation, and Surgical Oncology.

Reporting to the VP of Clinical Operations and the corporate VP of Oncology Services, you will connect inpatient and outpatient services, drive strategic growth, strengthen clinical operations, optimize financial performance, develop high performing teams, and support facilities planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of leadership in an oncology program or equivalent healthcare management environment.
• Master's degree required (MHA, MBA, or MS in related field).

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and teams across medical, radiation, and surgical oncology to optimize capacity and efficiency.
• Drive financial strategy, revenue cycle oversight, and ROI analysis for oncology initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive and medical leaders to align goals and implement oncology initiatives.
• Foster strategic growth and business development across cancer services and service lines.
• Promote quality management and patient experience, ensuring regulatory compliance and accreditation.
